R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Lakes Region Sanitary District to provide sanitary services; and
WHEREAS, the Lakes Region Sanitary District contracted engineering duties to perform related work; and
WHEREAS, Lake County will add one position, Senior Engineer pay grade K8 - $65,890 - $103,266 to the Public Work’s Department Operating Budget to perform the work.
WHEREAS, Lake County will compensate the individual hired to fill the Senior Engineer position at an annual salary consistent with policy and procedure.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from one vendor and opened in Waukegan, Illinois on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 11:00 a.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board authorizes the Public Works Department to add the position of Senior Engineer pay grade K8 - $65,890 - $103,266, to the Public Works Department Operating Budget;
