RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, per the bylaws of the Northwest FPA Wholesale Advisory Committee, Article III Members, Section 3.04 Termination and Replacement of Representatives; any representative of either the Policy Subcommittee or the Technical Subcommittee may be terminated or replaced by resolution of the party that appointed such representative; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm appointment of Joel Sensenig as a member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Technical Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Joel Sensenig as a member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Technical Advisory Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
