RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Scott Helton resigned from the Lake County Housing Authority in January 2019; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Susan Malter as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority to fill the seat vacated by Scott Helton, effective immediately with the term expiring on April 16, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Susan Malter as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority be effective immediately for a term ending April 16, 2021 be hereby confirmed.
