RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Dwight Magalis as a Director of the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) expires on Sunday, June 30, 2019; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Pat Carey as a Director of the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA)effective July 1, 2019 for a term ending on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Pat Carey as a member of the Regional Transportation Authority for a term beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2024 be, is hereby confirmed.
