Joint resolution amending the Lake County Health Department Environmental Health Fees Schedule (as authorized in Lake County Code of Ordinances Chapter 178).

Staff Summary
* Revisions are proposed to make language adjustments to accommodate new terminology in the recently implemented Illinois Food Code.
* Other proposed revisions are to:
o Correct typographical errors;
o Replace an outdated reference to "individual sewage disposal systems" in favor of "onsite wastewater treatment systems;" and
o Add the fee of $115 for a "Holding Tank Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Annual Site Inspection," which was inadvertently left off of the last revisions to the EH Fees Schedule that were made in 2018.
