Staff Summary
* The 2009/2010 Non-Motorized Travel Study identified priority gaps for pedestrian facilities along County highways.
* A pedestrian facility adjacent to Washington Street will be constructed and will connect the existing pedestrian facilities that are located west of Lancer Lane and east of Mainsail Drive.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for construction of a bike path on the south side of Washington Street.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
