RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Roy Anderson as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District expired Tuesday, September 4, 2018 but continue to serve until reappointed or a successor is appointed and qualified; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Roy Anderson as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Roy Anderson as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for the term ending on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
