RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Thomas Johnson as trustee for the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District expired Sunday, May 5, 2019, but continue to serve until reappointed or a successor is appointed and qualified; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Thomas Johnson as trustee for the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District for the term effective Monday, May 6, 2019 through Sunday, May 1, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Thomas Johnson as trustee for the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District for the term effective Monday, May 6, 2019 through Sunday, May 1, 2022 be and the same is hereby confirmed.
