RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Susan R. Levy as a trustee of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District expired on Monday, December 10, 2018, but continue to serve until reappointed or a successor is appointed and qualified; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Susan R. Levy as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending Monday, December 12, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Susan R. Levy as a trustee of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending Monday, December 12, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
