WHEREAS, the term of Phillip DeRuntz as a trustee of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District will expire on May 6, 2019; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Donna Budil as a trustee of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District effective on May 6, 2019 for a term ending May 2, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Donna Budil as a trustee of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District for a term ending May 2, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
