ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Illinois Compiled Statues requires that the Director and Alternate Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to appoint a Director and to appoint an Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, the term of Craig Taylor as an Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency will expire on April 30, 2019; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Steve Carlson as an Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term beginning May 1, 2019 and ending on April 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Craig Taylor is hereby reappointed to serve as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term beginning May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2022, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
