WHEREAS, there currently exist a vacancy on the Beach Park Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Frank Wagner as a trustee of the Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term May 3, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Frank Wagner as a member of Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term ending May 3, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
