RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, there currently exists two vacancies on the Lake County Public Aid Committee; and 

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Vernon Township Supervisor Johnathan Altenberg as member and Warren Township Supervisor Suzanne Simpson, as alternate member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee for a term ending November 30, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Johnathan Altenberg as member and Suzanne Simpson as alternate member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2019, or until her successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
