Discussion on Committee Goals for Fiscal Years 2019-2020.
Staff Summary
• During its January meeting, the Committee discussed a number of areas it would like to focus its attention and efforts over the next two years. Following a presentation of and discussion regarding a consolidated list of unprioritized projects/topics, the Committee directed the Sustainability Team to review and return with a timeframe for each project to facilitate continued discussion.
• Based on that feedback, a Committee Work Plan has been developed which provides, (a) an estimated timeframe for those items to return to Committee for presentation, discussion, and/or action by June 2019; and (b) detail for those items with a longer timeframe or which will remain ongoing.
• The Committee Work Plan, which will be presented for discussion, updated and attached to each Committee agenda, is intended to be the document from which Committee issues and items will be managed.
