WHEREAS, currently there are two vacancies on the Squaw Creek Drainage District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Patrick Duby for a term ending on September 1, 2020 and Patricia Heise as members of the Squaw Creek Drainage District for a term ending on September 3, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Patrick Duby for a term ending on September 1, 2020 and Patricia Heise as members of the Squaw Creek Drainage District for a term ending on September 3, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
