RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Jennifer Witherspoon and Rosa Prosen as members of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee have expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chair recommends that Jennifer Witherspoon and Rosa Prosen be appointed as members of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for a term ending on November 30, 2020; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Jennifer Witherspoon and Rosa Prosen are hereby appointed as members of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
