Body
After an extensive orientation and review of the Lake County Community Health Center, it’s important that we continue to provide quality, timely care in a patient-centered manner. To accomplish this goal, we need to focus on consistency and uniformity across clinic sites. With this in mind, we plan to initially address quality of care, clinic operations, patient-centered care, provider productivity, customer service and teaching opportunities.
