For practitioners with NorthShore University HealthSystem privileges it has been verified that the scope of privileges requested for the LCHD/CHC is the same or less than the scope of privileges granted by NorthShore University HealthSystem. Furthermore, it has been verified that the privileges requested are appropriate for the practitioner’s training and experience.
For practitioners without NorthShore University HealthSystem privileges the Medical Director carefully studied the application, raised questions where necessary, and after having received satisfactory responses from the applicant approved the privileges.
