Staff Summary
* PASSAGE is Lake County's Advanced Traffic Management System which includes collecting traffic monitoring video images and traffic signal data.
* The County desires to share real time traffic signal data and traffic signal timing plans with Traffic Technology Services, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon, at no cost.
* Traffic Technology Services agrees to provide related inventories, signal performance metrics, and other formatted data products in exchange for access to the real time traffic signal data.
* Other Lake County PASSAGE agency partners may elect to participate in this agreement with Traffic Technology Services, Inc., at no cost.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has undertaken the development and implementation of an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS); and
WHEREAS, Lake County PASSAGE is the County's ATMS where traffic monitoring video images and traffic signal data is collected; and
WHEREAS, Traffic Technology Services, Inc., desires permission to obtain access to real time traffic signal data and traffic signal timing plans; and
WHEREAS, Lake County and Traffic Technology Services, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon, desire to share real time traffic signal data and traffic signal timing plans at no cost to the County; and
WHEREAS, other Lake County PASSAGE agency partners may elect to participate in this agreement with Traffic Technology Services, Inc., at no cost; and
WHEREAS, Traffic Technology Services agrees to provide related inventories, signal performance metrics, and other formatted data products in exchange for access to the real time traffic signal data.
