RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, there now exists two vacancies on the Winchester House Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the Winchester House Advisory Board appointments of Carol Calabresa to fill a Citizen Membership for a term ending on December 1, 2019, and Julie Simpson to fill a County Board Membership for a term ending on December 1, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Winchester House Advisory Board appointments of Carol Calabresa to fill a Citizen Membership for a term ending on December 1, 2019, and Julie Simpson to fill a County Board Membership for a term ending on December 1, 2020, or until their successors shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
