RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency indicate that a Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency - Executive Committee shall be established and the Amended Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement establishes the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency - Executive Committee of the agency; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of the Amended Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to appoint a member and an alternate member to serve on said Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency - Executive Committee as representatives of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, Phil Perna retired leaving the alternate member position vacant; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Joel Sensenig as alternate member of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency - Executive Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Joel Sensenig is hereby appointed to serve as alternate member of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency - Executive Committee until a successor for each is named.
