Each year, i2i provides this award to the client who best demonstrates how i2i may be used to deliver population health analytics to the customers they serve. Lake County is continually challenging i2i to deliver new capabilities, pushing the envelope of the technology through innovative requests. Lake County’s input has helped i2i enhance its technology and deliver more robust solutions to its clients. For these reasons, we are pleased to present to the Lake County Health Department the 2018 i2i Innovation Award.
