Staff Summary

•                     In 2004 the County Board established the Woods of Ivanhoe SSA.

•                     This SSA provides funds to maintain private roads in the Woods of Ivanhoe Subdivision.

ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, a levy ordinance for Special Service Area Number 12 was approved by the Lake County Board on July 13, 2004; and

WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated that a levy sufficient to pay the cost of private road maintenance for Special Service Area Number 12, up to $500 per lot, shall be made each year thereafter.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there be and there is levied upon all of the taxable property in said Special Service Area Number 12, in addition to all other taxes, a direct tax of $34,400 for tax year 2018.
