RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the resignation of Barry Burton from Lake County creates a vacancy on the Lake County Partners’ Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, your Interim Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Amy McEwan, as a Member-at-Large to the Lake County Partners’ Board of Directors, to fill the term ending on November 30, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Amy McEwan to the Lake County Partners’ Board of Directors, for a term ending November 30, 2018, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
