Proposed changes to the Board of Health 2018 Committee Appointments are as follows:
Credentialing Committee
• Appointment of Member Pollina to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Member Schuler.
• Member Maine moved to the position of Committee Vice Chair to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Member Schuler.
Nominating Committee
• Removal of Member Maine and appointment of Member Hagstrom to fill that vacancy.
Behavioral Health Advisory Committee
• Appointment of Member Pollina to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Member Schuler.
Suggested Motion
To approve the proposed changes to the Board of Health 2018 Committee Appointments, as presented.
