RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Board appropriates funds in the Stormwater Management Fund (Fund 212); and
WHEREAS, the fiscal year (FY) 2018 Budget does not include sufficient funds to pay for this unanticipated study and contract; and
WHEREAS, sufficient reserves are available in Stormwater Management's Fund Balance for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, an emergency appropriation in the amount of $100,000 is necessary for the FY 2018 budget to finance the study and contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that an emergency appropriation in the amount of $100,000 is hereby authorized in the FY 2018 budget for Stormwater Management in the Consultants line item 212-4201010-71150.
