RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Trustee Matthew Menges has resigned from the Lake Zurich Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, Matthew Menges’s resignation has created a vacancy in the Lake Zurich Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jack Mumaw as a trustee of the Lake Zurich Fire Protection District to complete the vacated term ending on May 4, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Jack Mumaw as trustee of the Lake Zurich Fire Protection District to complete the vacated term ending May 4, 2020 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
