WHEREAS, Member John Schuler has resigned from the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, John Schuler’s resignation has created a vacancy in the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Kristen Mittl Pollina as a member of the Lake County Board of Health to complete the vacated term ending on June 30, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Kristen Mittl Pollina as member of the Lake County Board of Health to complete the vacated term ending June 30, 2020 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
