RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Sylvia Valadez as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority has expired; and

WHEREAS, with this expiration a vacancy on the Lake County Housing Authority now exists; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Diana O’Kelly as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending on April 16, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Diana O’Kelly as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2023 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
