WHEREAS, the term of Linda Soto as Director of the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation will expire on June 30, 2018; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Linda Soto as Director of the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority for a term ending June 30, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Linda Soto as Director of the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority for a term ending June 30, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
