WHEREAS, the terms of Casey Cesnovar and Ann Maine as members and Timothy Sashko as member at large of the Lake County Board of Health will expired on June 30, 2018; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Casey Cesnovar and Ann Maine as members and Timothy Sashko as member at large of the Lake County Board of Health for terms ending June 30, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Casey Cesnovar and Ann Maine as members and Timothy Sashko as member at large of the Lake County Board of Health for terms ending June 30, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
