WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the SWALCO; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Diane Hewitt as an alternate of the SWALCO for a term ending April 30, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Diane Hewitt as an alternate of the SWALCO for a term ending April 30, 2020, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
