WHEREAS, the term of Jeff Werfel as director of SWALCO has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Jeff Werfel as director of SWALCO for a term ending April 30, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Jeff Werfel as director of the SWALCO for a term ending April 30, 2020, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
