* This agreement is between the Lake County Regional Superintendent of Schools, Lake County, the Chief Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 and Lincolnshire-Prairie View District 103.
* The purpose of this IGA is to provide quality educational services and to receive state funding for these programs intended for school age children residing at the Lake County Hulse Juvenile Detention Center.
* The IGA shall commence on July 1, 2018, and continue until June 30, 2020, renewable for three additional one-year periods.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the educational services program at the Robert W. Depke Juvenile Justice Complex Center is provided pursuant to an IGA between the Lake County Regional Superintendent of Schools, the Lake County, the Chief Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 and Lincolnshire-Prairie View District 103; and
WHEREAS, the agreement shall be for a period of two years, commencing on July 1, 2018, and continuing thereafter until June 30, 2020. By mutual agreement, the parties may renew this agreement for three additional one-year periods; and
WHEREAS, the Regional Superintendent of Schools, the Chief Judge, Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 and Lincolnshire-Prairie View District 103 recommend that the attached agreement, which has been reviewed by all parties, be approved.
