RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Walid Khayr, M.D. of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board has resigned; and

WHEREAS, due to Member Khayr’s resignation there now exists a vacancy on the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board; and

WHEREAS, your chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Geetha Sivasubramanian, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Geetha Sivasubramanian, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board complete the vacated term ending on June 30, 2018 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
