• Due to the nature of transportation project work occurring over multiple years, this is a routine annual appropriation request to carry forward previously appropriated funds into the current fiscal year.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2018, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2017, certain projects have been identified in the FY 2017 budget that, for a variety of reasons, will not be completed by the end of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2018, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2017, additional revenue has been identified; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the FY 2018 budget to re-authorize the associated budgets for the previously approved projects and appropriate the additional revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that emergency appropriations for FY 2018 for the Division of Transportation capital and bond funds, for projects previously approved and for additional revenue, are hereby authorized as detailed in the attached listing, which is hereby made a part of this resolution.
