R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Fremont Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the HMA surface removal, Class D patching and constructing Leveling Binder and Surface Courses on various roads in Countryside Estates in the Fremont Township Road District, and designated as Section 18-07140-00-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 20, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
