RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for Final Cleaning work for LCCEP; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from three vendors at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on March 1, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the Bid; the staff evaluated the bid submitted and determined that the bid submitted by Construction Cleaning Company, Chicago, Illinois in the amount of $109,400 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, On April 9, 2013, the Lake County Board authorized a contract for Construction Manager at Risk Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the LCCEP with Clark Construction Group LLC of Chicago, Illinois; and
