Discussion of Land Development Fee Schedule.
Staff Summary
• In a continuing discussion of the fee schedule amendment process, staff will be presenting detailed information about the fee modification methodology following the previous introduction to Committee.
• Staff will begin by summarizing major programmatic and process efficiencies undertaken since the last fee schedule increase in 2011 in order to offset annual labor cost increases.
• Staff will specifically address the department’s labor cost/revenue assessment and benchmarking/market analysis of area community fees.
• In a subsequent presentation, staff will present the final recommended fee schedule modifications.
