RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Joseph Bridges, William Schrimpf, and William Bogot as members of the East Skokie Drainage District have expired; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 70 Illinois Compiled Statutes 605/ 4-1 Appointment of Commissioners of the Illinois Drainage Code there shall be 3 appointed commissioners with terms staggered annually, each expiring on the first Tuesday of September; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Joseph Bridges as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of William Bogot as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 3, 2019; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of William Schrimpf as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 4, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Joseph Bridges, William Schrimpf, and William Bogot as members of the East Skokie Drainage District for terms ending as stated above be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
