WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Public Building Commission due to the passing of Audrey Nixon; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Vance D. Wyatt as a Member of the Public Building Commission for a term ending September 30, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Vance D. Wyatt as a Member of the Public Building Commission for a term ending September 30, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
