RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, per the bylaws of the Northwest FPA Wholesale Advisory Committee, Article III Members, Section 3.04 Termination and Replacement of Representatives; any representative of either the Policy Subcommittee or the Technical Subcommittee may be terminated or replaced by resolution of the party that appointed such representative; and
WHEREAS, due to the hiring of Rodney Worden as the new Public Works Director, changes in membership for the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Technical Advisory Committee are requested; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm appointments of Rodney Worden and Phil Perna as members of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Technical Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Rodney Worden and Phil Perna as members of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Technical Advisory Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
