R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Hunt Club Road, County Highway 29, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Hunt Club Road, at Illinois Route 132, could be improved by channelization and pedestrian accommodations; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that a consulting engineering firm be employed to provide Phase II design engineering services; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.); and
WHEREAS, Stanley Consultants, Chicago, Illinois, are consulting engineers skilled in the provision of said Phase II design engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that Stanley Consultants, Chicago, Illinois, be employed to provide said Phase II design engineering services at a maximum cost of $705,931.53, and that the Coun...
