Purchasing Policies and Procedures Amendment - Nordstrom

The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center is seeking to amend the Purchasing Policies and Procedures to provide additional details and guidance for the benefit of parties interested in Health Department procurement activities.
The primary changes are the addition of a Purchasing Quick Reference Guide, and new language identifying requirements for contractor and vendor compliance with all conflict of interest laws, ordinances, and policies of Lake County, the Health Department, and the State of Illinois. Several other language changes have been made to reflect our recent organizational structure.
Business Operations requests authorization to amend the current Lake County Health Department Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
