Coordinated Entry: Permanent Supportive Housing Update

Community Development staff support the Lake County Coalition for the Homeless in providing coordinated entry of chronically homeless clients into permanent supportive housing. The primary source of long-term operating funding for permanent supportive housing is the Continuum of Care grants from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. These grants are distributed through the Lake County Coalition for the Homeless with administrative support from Community Development staff.
Lake County’s Brenda O’Connell, the Continuum of Care Program Coordinator, will provide an update on the current waitlist for permanent supportive housing.
