RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Virginia Mulligan as member of the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Virginia Mulligan creates a vacancy on the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Mary Claire Hoppe Dominiak as a member for the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission to complete the vacated term, ending on December 31, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Mary Claire Hoppe Dominiak as a member for the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission for the term ending December 31, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
