RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Marion Watson of the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission has resigned effective June 1, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Marion Watson creates a vacancy on the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Deborah L. Goldberg as a member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending December 14, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Deborah L. Goldberg as a member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2021, be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
