WHEREAS, Member Niel Puller has resigned from the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, Niel Puller’s resignation has created a vacancy in the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Tracey L. Schultz as a member of the Lake County Board of Health to complete the vacated term, expiring on June 30, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Tracey L. Schultz as member of the Lake County Board of Health to complete the vacated term, expiring on June 30, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
