RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Harry Axelrod has resigned from the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, Harry Axelrod’s resignation has created a vacancy in the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Casey Cesnovar as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for the remaining term ending June 30, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Casey Cesnovar as member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending June 30, 2018 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
