RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Christopher Fischer has resigned from the Public Water District; and

WHEREAS, Christopher Fischer’s resignation creates a vacancy in the Public Water District; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Patrick Walsh as a member of the Public Water District for the remaining term ending May 1, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Patrick Walsh as a member of the Public Water District for the term ending May 1, 2018 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
